Processing Time
   •    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
   •    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping
   •    Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or Evri): FREE
   •    Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
   •    Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
   •    Stay tuned for updates on international delivery!

Order Tracking
   •    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).

Packaging
   •    All hampers are carefully packed by hand to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
   •    Each hamper includes a complimentary handwritten note (optional at checkout).

Lost or Delayed Packages
   •    If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve the issue.
   •    While we are not liable for delivery delays once shipped, we will support you through any claims or issues.
