Can I Return My Gift Hamper?
We do not accept returns for unwanted hampers or if you change your mind, due to the nature of the contents (which may include sealed products, food, and self-care items) and hygiene reasons.
Please ensure you’ve read the product description carefully before purchasing.
What If There’s an Issue With My Order?
If your hamper arrives:
• Damaged
• With missing items
• Incorrect
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing at zuriaura2025@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or credit where applicable.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
• Opened or used products
• Perishable items
• Personalised or customised orders
• Sale items or limited-edition hampers
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
