   •    Our hampers are curated boxes featuring a mix of ready-made items sourced from trusted suppliers.
   •    All products are sold as described on their product pages.
   •    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

2. Product & Pricing
   •    All hampers are limited edition. Once a box is sold out, it may not be restocked.
   •    Product contents are subject to availability. In rare cases, substitutions of equal or higher value may be made.
   •    All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT where relevant.
   •    Hampers are not handmade but thoughtfully curated with care and attention to detail.​

3. Discounts & Offers
   •    A 10% discount is available for first-time subscribers to our newsletter.
   •    Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase.
   •    Offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Payments
   •    We accept payments via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
   •    Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
   •    You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   •    Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
   •    UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days.
   •    We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external couriers.

6. Returns & Refunds
   •    Due to the nature of the hampers (which may include sealed or perishable goods), returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty or damaged.
   •    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
   •    We may request photographic evidence to support a claim.

7. Custom & Bespoke Orders
   •    Bespoke hampers are available on request.

   •    Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

8. Cause Support & Charity Donations
   •    Each hamper is connected to a cause or charity, which will be clearly stated on the product listing.
   •    A portion of profits will be donated to a relevant organisation, with transparency provided via our website or newsletter.

9. Intellectual Property
   •    All content, including images, product names, and copy, is the intellectual property of ZuriAura unless otherwise stated.
   •    Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.
