A: No, the items are not handmade. We work with trusted suppliers to curate high-quality, ready-made products for your enjoyment.

Q: Are the hampers limited?
A: Yes – all our hampers are created in limited batches to maintain exclusivity and meaning. Once a box sells out, it may not return.

Orders & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. UK deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 working days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we ship within the UK only. We’re working on expanding, stay tuned!

Q: Can I customise a hamper?

A: Due to the nature of our hampers (which may include sealed or perishable items), we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.

Q: What if something arrives damaged or missing?
A: We’re here to help! Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
